Remote Survey and Pre-visit Whole House Plan

What is a Remote Survey and Pre-visit Whole House Plan?

The Remote Survey is a survey of your home conducted over the phone, after which you receive a Pre-Visit Whole House Plan.  This is a report that provides bespoke expert advice on the improvements you could make to your home to reduce your CO2 emissions and your energy bills, prior to an onsite survey.

Why should I have a Remote Survey and Pre-Visit Whole House Plan?

The Pre-Visit Whole House Plan will provide you with a robust understanding of your home improvement options.  It also provides a service for homeowners who are looking to avoid home visits, if that is a concern for you at this time.  It is also helpful for those who are seeking to understand potential options before committing to the Whole House Plan (read below)

What does it cost?

The Pre-Visit Whole House Plan costs £75.  This gives you one hour with our expert Retrofit Coordinators and a bespoke report on your home. After receiving your Pre-Visit Whole House Plan report we will send you a £75 voucher, valid for two months, that can be redeemed against a Whole House Plan (currently £200).

What are the next steps?

Register your details with us, then we'll get in touch to arrange payment and advise what information we need from you – typically this will simply be some photos of your property and heating system. We will then assign a Retrofit Coordinator to you, who will get in touch to arrange a call.

Home Visit Survey and Whole House Plan

What is a Home Visit Survey and Whole House Plan?

The Home Visit and Whole House Plan package starts with an onsite survey of your home by a retrofit expert. You will be assigned a Retrofit Coordinator who will discuss your needs and plans in more detail to fully understand what you want to achieve.  We then create your bespoke Whole House Plan, which reviews all your options and packages the recommended improvements to suit your preferred upgrade process, with the estimated costs and benefits clearly shown.

Why should I get a Home Visit Survey and Whole House Plan?

A Home Visit Survey and Whole House Plan is the option that provides the most bespoke advice and information on retrofitting your home.  You will receive around 3 hours of time with an expert, plus the recommended work will be packaged into phases that can be designed to suit any building work plans.  We can then start to design the improvements and seek quotes for the work from our network of vetted contractors.

What does it cost?

The full Whole House Plan package costs just £200 – if you have already had a Remote Survey, you will receive a £75 voucher, valid for two months, that can be redeemed against a Whole House Plan.

What are the next steps?

Register your details with us, then we'll get in touch to arrange payment.  We will then assign a Retrofit Coordinator to you, who will get in touch to arrange the onsite survey of your home.
